- Job description
- Strip off volumes according to profile, Spect from customer.
- Make estimates, quote.
- Design of M&E system.
- Prepare bids.
- Design of M&E system.
- Ability to work independently, working in teams.
- Carry out other related tasks as assigned by the Leader.
- Report directly to the Manager.
- Assume the direct duties assigned by the Head / Deputy Manager and responsible to the Company’s leaders for the assigned tasks.
- Implement and store documents in accordance with ISO standards
- Detailed work will be discussed during the interview.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduated college, university or higher major in Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC / Fire protection
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of construction – M&E installation, MEP system quotation for high-rise buildings, offices, booths …
- Proficient in Autocad and Microsoft Office software.
- Priority is given to candidates who are proficient in English.
- Be proactive at work, solve problems.
- Communication skills, negotiation, persuasion with customers.
- Negotiable salary according to ability
